AMS Standard Soil Augers

AMS Standard Soil Augers have heat-treated, High Carbon steel bits with Tungsten Carbide hard-surfaced edges. The bits are welded to a Stainless Steel cylinder, topped with a carbon steel bail. All AMS Standard Augers have a rust inhibitive plastic coating, which should be removed before use. The AMS Regular Auger is our most popular Auger and can be used in most soil conditions. The unique design allows you to get to the required depth in no time at all.
