designed to ensure your instruments are properly calibrated and operating

A warranty merely protects the buyer against defects in materials and workmanship. The TSI Calibration Contract expands on the coverage benefit by providing annual factory calibration. TSI Calibration Contracts are available in one-year, two-year, and three-year terms.

Terms & Conditions

QualityGuard Calibration Contracts are for "Clean and Calibration" only. This is not for use with Warranty Service or when Repair Service is deemed necessary by the TSI Service Group. All 1-, 2-, or 3-year Service Contracts will be valid for either 12-, 24-, or 36-months from the date of the instrument shipment and is linked to the serial number of the instrument shipped, respectively. This Calibration Contract is non-transferable, no other serial numbers will be accepted for service. Call for prices on other TSI equipment.
